Volume 5, No. 2 of the IAMB Journal is published
Dec 20, 2014

Dear Colleague

It is my pleasure to announce the publication of Volume 5 Issue No. 2 of the International Journal of Management and Business, IJMB.

You may view this and other issues of IJMB at: http://www.iamb.net/IJMB/journal.html

Change in the publication format.

We continued using the new publication format that was introduced in Vol. 5 Issue No.1. That is, publications of the abstracts in html format as well as the full manuscripts in PDF. This, enables indexing and search of the abstracts by various Internet search engines. We adopted these modifications to earlier volumes of the journal as well.

In this issue you will see high quality academic papers whose abstracts are offered in 7 languages: English, French, German Spanish, Arabic, Italian and Chinese.

I would like to thank and to acknowledge the instrumental contribution of the Chief Editor, Dr. Meir Russ, and the Associate Editors, Francis Blasco, J. Michael Geringer, Mark Eulerich, Jan Schaaper and  Zu’bi Al-Zu’bi and the entire team of Editorial Board and reviewers.

This issue covers the following articles:

***  Cooperation Agreements by Spanish Companies: Domestic vs. International

Authors: M. Dolores Robles Fernández, Lydia González Serrano and Pilar Laguna Sánchez

***  Does Cognitive Style Make a Difference in Learning Statistical Concepts?

Authors: Raymond L. Forbes Jr, John S. Brent and Xiaopeng Ni

***  Combating Unethical Practices in International Trade
             Author: Patricia Y. Taylor

***  The Implications of China’s 2010 Tort Liability Law for Foreign Companies doing Business in China
             Author: Donovan A. McFarlane

***  The Challenge of Change for Multinational Organizations: A Case Study
Authors: Emily L. Ayubi, MA, Brittany Bowers, Alexa Broida, Neil Jenkins, Monica L. McGhee, Ashley Miller, Avery D. Mitchell, Mellissa Walker, Lynn Offermann, Ph.D., Victoria M. Grady, DSc.

We hope you will like it and that it will encourage you to submit your paper for publication in the Journal.
Please distribute this email to your colleagues.

All the best,
Shmuel
